Kompanya.com ("Kompanya", "we", "us") is operated by AGMS Information Technology Inc., Ground Floor, Weber Hotel, Brgy. Jubay, Liloan, Cebu. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you register we require an email address (used to log in and recover your password) and a password. You may optionally add a display name.

Profile information. Depending on the hubs you use, you may provide job seeker details (personal details, educational background, work experience), freelancer details (part-time job or hustle, gender, birthday, location) and employer details (company information).

Content you post. Job posts, freelancing posts, applications, proposals and messages you submit through the platform.

Technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the marketplace: matching job seekers, freelancers and employers.
  • To show your profile and applications to the employers or clients you apply to.
  • To send password reset emails and important service notifications.
  • To generate documents you request, such as quotations for job post plans.
  • To protect the platform against fraud and abuse.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your information is shared only: with employers or clients you apply to; with service providers that host our infrastructure (databases, file storage, email and SMS delivery); or when required by law.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored in managed databases and, for uploaded files, in S3-compatible object storage. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Your choices

  • You can toggle the Job, Freelancing and Employer hubs on or off in account settings.
  • You can edit or remove profile details at any time.
  • You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

7. Children

Kompanya is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
